Payment Terms
Payment for services and products can be made by credit/debit card, bank deposit or cash.
We do not record or store your credit card details. Square is used to process credit and debit card payments made in clinic. Square Reader keeps payment information safe by encrypting it as soon as it’s received, whether the card is EMV chip and pin, magstripe or contactless. Read about Square’s security policy. The Metabolic Balance Weigh Management plan is a complete package cost. Refunds cannot be provided once a plan is created. The package includes The Metabolic Balance plan, access to the Metabolic Balance app, full blood pathology performed to provide the plan, a blood chemistry analysis, two initial consults to set up and hand out the plan and 5 check in consultations to guide the plan.

Visitor Interaction​
Commenting on blog articles is welcomed and encouraged; however, spam, unapproved advertising, and disrespectful or rude comments will be reported and deleted. We reserve the right to filter comments on blog posts in this regard.

Missed appointments​
A 24hr (business hours) cancellation policy is in place so please insure you give us plenty of notice should you need to alter your appointment. Failure to do so will incur the full consultation cost.

Running late
We strive to run on time, your time is precious and so is ours. If you arrive late for your appointment please be aware that your consultation may be cut short. If you are aware ahead of time that there is a lot to go over in your consultation, perhaps book a longer appointment so we can go into detail of where you are at.

Arrival​
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, so you have time to sit down, take in a glass of water, listen to the music and relax.

Refunds - Programs
​
At Inspire Wellness , we are dedicated to providing high-quality programs that are life changing. Due to the nature of our programs, where all the information, analysis, process and treatments are provided upfront, our programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Metabolic Balance, Inspire Women's Wellness, Inspire Sporting Wellness. Please note, we have a seperate refund policy for our digital products.

We encourage you to review all the program details, descriptions, and prerequisites carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds - Non-Program

Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that certain services or products may not be eligible for a refund, and this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact us at scott@inspire-wellness.com.au. Provide your purchase details, including the reason for the refund request. All refunds are subject to our review and approval.

Refund Method:
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exceptions:
Please note that certain services, such as programs, are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping:

At Inspire Wellness, we typically do not ship goods as goods are available in practice. That said, we do use on-line dispensaries which are in the business of shipping our prescription and will have their own Shipping Policy. If you encounter any problems with the quality of product, or a have a shipping issue, please don't hesitate to contact us at scott@inspire-wellness.com.au.

However, on an ad-hoc basis, we may offer shipping for certain products or materials.

When shipping is available, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or communicated to you during the purchase process.
